13 international and local artists and DJ’s were present in four clubs in Bucharest (Atelierul de Productie, Guesthouse, Studio Martin and Club Control), during the Electronic Beats Festival, an international music program of Deutsche Telekom. Apart from the live performances, a number of related events took place in other locations, such as: Dianei 4 (vinyl fair), Bicicleta (urban picnic), Lokal (presentation of culinary creations of a chef duo and a piano performance by Dan Tibacu) and Acuarela (DJ and VJ set).
Five’s ensured the prospection for the festival, searching for the most appropriate locations and ensuring that everything unfolds in the best conditions. At the same time, Five’s was in charge with the technical setup in the 4 clubs. The first edition took place in 2015, it was a new concept introduced in Romania, in the implementation of which Five’s had a particularly important role.
Target Audience
The festival targeted the audience interested in electro music, in experimenting and in the connection between music and lifestyle.
Technical Equipment Used
The technical equipment used for Electronic Beats includes:
- At Atelierul de Productie: sound by Synco/Martin Audio W8LM speakers controlled by Digico SD8 Digital Console, Shure KSM 9 capsule, Shure SM 137-LC, DPA 4099 microphones, backline for artists, lighting by moving heads Martin Mac 700 Profile;
- At Guesthouse: Video projection – Panasonic PT-DW6300EKJ 6500 ansi WXGA video projector, sound through Martin Audio V8VDQ speakers;
Control Club was illuminated with moving heads Martin Mac 700 Profile, as well as with LED lights GLP Impression 120RZ LED Moving Head; the video projection was possible by means of a 10,000 ansilumens video projector. Five’s also ensured the sound setup for this location.
