After almost 2 years of activity in Cluj Napoca, The Romanian-Netherland Chamber of Commerce launched a new event concept, NRCC Gala Dinner, a premium event combining socializing with business networking. The Gala took place on November 27 at Grand Hotel Italia, consisting in a reception followed by a dinner and a party.
We created technical set-up to emphasize a special event, outside the classic frame of typical business events. On a Eurotruss HD portal a discoball moved and created a light effect shaped as a pyramid, with the light provided by 4 ClayPaky SuperSharpy moving heads. On the sides of the stage, 4 risers were set up (2 fixed and 2 on wheels) meant for the members of jazz band. To facilitate the visibility we set up a 6 x 3,5 m LED screen.
Targeted audience
The event was destined to the representatives of business community and about 100 persons attended.
